In this webinar, we will review the QAPI and EP requirements including identifying the changes in regulations from the Medicare Regulatory Provisions to Promote Program Efficiency, Transparency and Burden Reduction that went into effect Fall 2020. We will discuss how surveyors review your QAPI program and which QAPI documentation requirements are most often cited as not being completed. We will discuss the strategy to meet the QAPI requirement for tracking and trending data and define program activities.
